All teak furniture is covered against manufacturing defects and structural faults for 5 years from the date of purchase.
Warranty & Delivery Policy
Golden Teak stands behind every piece we craft. Please read the sections below before purchase and on delivery day.
Workmanship guarantee
Assembly and installation workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months. Self-assembling of furniture will not be covered by GOLDEN TEAK.
Exclusions
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, fading, scratches, stains, misuse, or damage caused by improper handling, exposure to moisture, or unauthorized modifications.
Delivery condition
Clients must inspect goods upon delivery. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours. After this period, GOLDEN TEAK cannot be held responsible.
